Ordering online gives you instant access to your sales receipt via email for confirmation of your order, better ability to view the status of past orders through your registered account, and fast order processing.

If you prefer, you may instead call our toll-free ordering center at 1-866-727-1060 where our Knowledgeable, non-commissioned sales staff are available to assist you with your order Monday through Friday, 6:30-4 Pacific Time. Please have product numbers (MODEL) ready when possible.

Tracking you order:Your order will ship one of 3 ways or a combination of ways: UPS, FedEx or LTL Freight Truck. You will generally receive notification via email that your item has shipped. Many times Spam blocking programs will catch the tracking email. Please check your spam folders if you have not received a tracking email. The shipment will have originated from UPS, FEDERAL EXPRESS OR VIA FREIGHT TRUCK. Once shipped, most orders will arrive within 2-5 business days (this does not include weekends).

Please allow 8-12 hours after you receive shipping confirmation to track your order.

UPS Tracking:
If you received a tracking # that is a combination of letters and numbers and looks similar to this (1Z5T95T00340351111). That would be a standard UPS Tracking number. You can go directly to UPS to track your order. Click here to Access UPS

FedEx Tracking:
If you received a tracking # that looks similar to this - 027239110054736 - (Notice no letters and 15 numbers) that is a Federal Express Tracking #. Goto Federal Express and enter the numbers we gave you. Click here to Access Fed Ex.

LTL or Freight Truck Tracking:
We will email you a PRO #, as well as Carrier, with this information, you can go to the freight companies respective web site and track the shipment.

Business and government customers may complete, print and fax a simple credit application to set up Net 30 Terms. Once the application has been approved (approx. 4 days after receiving), you will receive a call and a follow-up letter stating approval status at which time you may fax in your Purchase Order to 425-353-9058 for fulfillment.
