Not Eligible for Return: Built-to-order, special-build, or explosion-proof products are not eligible for return. This information is listed on the product page. Please contact sales@industrialfansdirect.com for specific eligibility information BEFORE placing your order.

Cancellations: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours, or they will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Build Time: The products are built specifically per order. Estimated build times are the typical number of days the manufacturer reports it will take to fulfill the order after the order is completed. Shipping time is in addition to these build times. If your order includes multiple items, they may have different build times and ship from different locations. If you have any questions, please contact sales@industrialfansdirect.com.

Damages: Products damaged in shipping must be reported to Industrial Fans Direct within 24 hours of delivery. Please open your package and inspect your product immediately upon receiving. For freight shipments, note any damage to packaging or product on the shipping paperwork BEFORE signing. To report damage, visit our DAMAGE CLAIM page.

Returns: All returns must be pre-approved by Industrial Fans Direct within 30 days of original delivery. Returns are subject to a manufacturer-imposed 25%-50% restocking fee. For more details and to initiate a return, visit our RETURN REQUEST page.

Warranties: All warranties are issued to the customer by the original manufacturer(s). Industrial Fans Direct will help facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer on your behalf. For more details or to initiate a warranty claim, please visit our WARRANTY CLAIM page.

Shipping Fees: Products that ship via FedEx Ground Small Package qualify for our Free Ground Shipping promotion. Products that ship via LTL Freight will be charged a shipping rate based on the origin shipping and the delivery address. Additional fees apply for residential deliveries, limited-access deliveries, or deliveries to more remote destinations, as well as deliveries requiring a lift-gate and/or a delivery appointment.

Installation: Industrial Fans Direct is not responsible for any costs associated with installation, removal, or repair of products.
