Product Return Form

STEP 1: Fill out the return request form below.

STEP 2: A Customer Service Representative will reach out to you to confirm your request and to begin the return process with the manufacturer.

STEP 3: Upon return approval, you will be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to print and place inside your return shipment.

STEP 4: Carefully package the product for a safe return to the manufacturer so that you are able to receive your refund.

STEP 5: Ship the item back to the manufacturer.

STEP 6: Provide shipment tracking information to your customer service representative ASAP.

STEP 7: Once the product arrives back to the manufacturer, it will be inspected before a refund will be approved and issued. Refunds will be on the cost of the product only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

* Please note that this process can take 1-2 weeks.

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION:

Specialty items, Build-to-order, custom built items or explosion proof equipment cannot be canceled or returned. This information is listed on the original product page when ordering as well in the Order Guidelines at check out. Returns are subject to a manufacturer imposed 25%-50% Restocking fee.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

All returns must be pre-approved by Industrial Fans Direct within 30 days of original delivery.

Return of unwanted or incorrectly ordered items must be in unused condition (showing no signs of alternation or use) and in their original packaging.

Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping a return back to the manufacturer. (Collect shipments will not be accepted.)
