Do you sell a longer downrod? I need go mount this in a sloped ceiling (4:12 pitch ~18 degrees)
There is a sloped ceiling mounting adapter available for the fan. There is not a longer downrod avaialable.

do you offer (or can you recommend) and controller for this fan that can be used in outdoor (wet) locations? Intent is to install fan and controller in large carport... under roof, but no walls so controller could get wet.
We do not currently offer an outdoor rated and weather resistant speed control.

Is the down rod able to be shortened?
Yes, you can shorten the downrod. It will void any waranty, and it may change the CFM air movement of the fan.
