QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-

The fan has a 8" round duct connector. Mounting brackets for easy installation and adaptability to numerous mounting requirements.

A customer of mine wants a fan installed in his basement to remove cigar smoke, because he and his friends sit down there and play poker. would this fan work for that? It does have a 300 cfm. 4" Vent pipe works for this fan? Also does this fan need to have ventilation? such as a window open to pull air in?
This type fan will be great for this application. This fan does have a 8” outlet and so forcing it into a reduced 4” pipe may be an issue. If you can use 6” or larger pipe, or do a Y connection to two 4” pipes, it will work better.
