All Power Shutters include a shutter motor kit and aluminum extrusion frame with welded corners for extra strength. CAN THIS BE SUPPLIED WITH A 24 VOLT DC MOTOR IN LIEU OF 110VAC

No. We do not offer a 24VDC motor for the shutters.
Is there and option to put a screen or filter in J & D Aluminum Intake Power Shutter 36 Inch (multi-pack discount) VRSG36A-PS? We have a lot of cotton wood at our location and want to prevent it from coming into the plant.

Adding a screen to these shutters is not currently an option.
