Can this fan be mounted outdoors? If not, can a weather hood be field fabricated to mount outdoors?

This blower and motor were not designed to be for outdoor use. It is not UL 507 rated. If protected well from any and all weather conditions, most any fan could be used outdoors since it would be like it is indoors.
